Because the Bible is a canonical collections of religious writings, 'collection' and 'writings' in its plural form being the operative words here.
What this means is that the texts in the Bible were not written by one unique author, actually they weren't even all written in the same time period.
In fact the Devil is far from being the only protagonist to have a variety of names in the Bible, and you may also be surprised to learn that even the accounts of the some central events vary greatly from one author to the next.
ETA: Forgot to add that, furthemore, in the case of the Devil and God, the variety of names in the Bible is explained by the fact that they typically are figures who remain 'nameless'. Meaning that the appelation used to refers to them vary depending on the context. For example 'Lord' is obviously not a name in the traditional sense of the word, and 'Satan' derivate from the word meaning 'the adversary' in Hebrew.

Different cultures lend different names. The original name for satan was Beelzebub and God's original name was Yahweh. From the original Hebrew bibles. Of course when the latin lanugages took over, the name of satan was turned to Lucifer and god was turned to Jehovah. While in muslim faith they are called Allah and Azazel. When christianity hit the european nations, the name eventually morphed to God and Satan.

Because certain books of the Bible were written by different Apostles. And they referred to satan by using there own term. It also depends on which Bible your reading. Many translations changed the word devil.

satan always keeps the same name.. but he was put as a divinity when the christianity arrives.. before that satan was not so important.. even the hebrew bible just mentioned him once.. as a satan.. God created satan.. and satan is not powerful than God.. he is a son of God.. but he has a bad fame.. he serves God in another ways

Don't know but many of the names were sponged off the Persians. God, it seems, does not have any original material.
