i can't get to user acc. to make me the adminstrator even the control panel icon is gone!!!

The next test you need to preform is the Control-Alt-Delete test. Press these 3 keys together to see if you can get to the task manager.
If not then you have a very nasty spyware that is very hard to get rid of. Most free spyware detectors don't work at this level. The one that does work is called Spyware Doctor and can be bought from http://www.pctools.com
Download it and run it. if it finds the spywares, then you may need to purchase a copy to clean it.

u must go thru an admin. account first and change it

are you sure ur the admin.? if your not then its prob. disabled.
