No, I'm living it like there is no hereafter. I fully expect a 'tomorrow'.

No.
I am reasonably young and healthy. There will be a tomorrow for me. (At least it is highly probable.)
There will also be a tomorrow for my children, my grandchildren and all my descendants. What there will not be is anything after my, and their, lives on Earth. That is all we get. So that is why it is very important to me to leave this planet in the best shape I can for them.
If you believe in the hereafter and it is such a great place, why have you not taken on the highest risk job that you can find? What are you wasting your time here for? Go become an evangelical missionary in Iran.
Or could it be that, in the rational part of your brain, that you realize it is all a load of rubbish and that death is a final end?

I live life like there's a 50/50 chance of there being a tomorrow. That way, I'm not so reckless that I get myself incarcerated, but I can still have a good time. And 50/50 seems like a good ratio to go with. I can either wake up tomorrow or not. 50% chance of each.

Quite the contrary. I live life like there IS a tomorrow, even if I am not there, and this tomorrow MATTERS, as opposed to this world being just some failed experiment from which Jesus will one day just whisk us away and into heaven.

Good question: no (at least I'm not anyway). I just live my life day-by-day waiting for yet another tomorrow. I could die today, tonight, tomorrow or years from now, as long as I either die in my sleep or quick and painless. "All I ask of this world is that when my time comes, let be FOR something, not OF something."

Yes, and I would do the same if there were any convincing evidence of any god or hereafter.

For them there is no tomorrow. No Christmas presents either!! Not from me anyway.
Or do they accept them.?
Easter?Forget about it!
My son is an atheist. He is living he is wonderful, but he has no idea of how to get his future started. Day to day, to day to-day. Is is still my heart, but I think there is not much direction and yes to your question.

You sharpen the human appetite to the point where it can split atoms with its desire; you build egos the size of cathedrals; fiber-optically connect the world to every eager impulse; grease even the dullest dreams with these dollar-green, gold-plated fantasies, until every human becomes an aspiring emperor, becomes his own God... and where can you go from there?
