Even Ms. Greenwitch needs a punching bag like the rest of us, pound away, get those negative vibes away, just be careful not to break a fingernail. LOL Sometimes it's not so easy being human is it? Closest to the truth I have come to since I found Y Q&A Have a smashing day!

No, but I threw a whole tub of rose water hand cream on the floor once when I was a teenager and I threw all of an unfaithful fiance's clothes and possessions out the window once when I was in my early twenties - which was plenty childish enough to last me to the present, thank you very much. Neither behavior was very satisfying in the long run and both were far too destructive (not so much of property, but of me - destructive acts are hurtful to all concerned) - if I had it to do over, I wouldn't do either.

Smash - no, destroy - yes. Usually it ends up being something I value or have put effort in to, generally some of my art work which isn't any great loss anyways.
Sometimes I think it's a safety mechanism. For some people it's either damage an object or damage themselves.

I do! I find that I can USE that energy to accomplish something useful. I'll take a few rounds of nice big peices of wood, set em on end and split the heck out of them. Not only do I get to express my anger BUT I also accomplish some useful work around the house. LOL

Yes, and throw things also. Fortunately I mellowed out and don't do this anymore. Sometimes I get frustrated with the computer and wish I can smash it with a sledgehammer. Thank goodness I don't have a sledgehammer!

Jesus got angry at least 2 times.
He was angry when he cursed the fig tree.
He was angry when he drove out the money changers and turned over all their tables.
When the Priest heard the camotion they ran down and he tricked them into not taking any kind of action against him

Yeah, when that happens to me I ran thorough the seas and go to Hong Kong and play with some buildings. I am a nice Zilla so I don't harm people, I just eat them without bitting.... they will find their way out ;)

Yes, I do. I have steroids in my past. And, I do smash things. It's better than hurting someone and regretting it later.

I have, in fact a few times. When I was sixteen it was my fingers when I punched the side of my bunk bed in frustration. I spent six weeks in a cast for that one.

yes. I was pretty pissed off at that bone headed Fundie at my meeting last week who said that pagans and Witches were all evil and crazy.

I'll show him some evil and crazy. Let me at him....grrrrrrrrr. I wanted to rearrange his goddam facial features, but it could only have been an improvement so I refrained.
