You need a visa. See Korea's website below. Short-Term Visitors for Tourism do NOT need any documentation, just complete the visa application.

go to this page, Korea embassy in the Philippines, click on the left side, for visa, leave on the language, do no install Korean,

For toursit visa, you must present a birth certificate, certificate of employment and a credible bandk account.
