What is your definition of wellness and illness. I don't want textbook definitions for the two, just what you think that they are.

wellness: mentally,physically and internal all is in check! ..Illness: horrible: mentally if there is a problem: it hard to help someone because it's not physical like a broken arm or leg. Internal you have to go through a lot of test such as tons of blood work and cat scans! good luck. I really don't know what your asking so I hope this helps! Rock n Roll!!

Mainstream medicine defines Health/Wellness as the Absence of a definite disease. Alternative medicine defines Health/Wellness as the Optimal Functioning of all systems, organs, and tissues of the 'whole' individual.

WHO defines Health/wellness as physical mental and social well being , not merely the absence of disease . Illness is lack of wellness. Dis ease is lack of e a s e .

My definition is probably a long way from the text book definition of responsibility. It is: To live in innocence and freedom. To care for our home the Earth and to care for all the living creatures who inhabiit it.

definition of illness -" it is situation of our body or also we can say that it is doing somthing wrong in our body because of any disturbuntion in anatomical or physiological part. it done because any type of infaction or digestive problem in our body......
