You must tell to the person who are pedant or conceit or arrogant that in line with Qur'an and hadith of Muhammad pbuh this bad behaviour is hated by Allah the only one God..Giving an iferiority to another person is bad behaviour too.Allah prohibites those bad doings.Allah created all humans are the same imperfect. All persons have the strong points and the weak points. In the eyes of Allah we the same
as Allah's servants. The difference lies on the faith of us.
You must tell also to the person who has a misunderstanding that he/she should be patient dan he /she should forgive his/her friend who are conciet or arrogant..You must tell them that having no talk each other more than 3 days is not allowed by our Prophet Muhammad pbuh. You must try to remind them that we are brothers and sisters who are obliged to love, respect and help each other as have been suggested by Muhammad pbuh to all muslims..All muslims like a body and should be united. and live peacefully.

You cannot. The two people can work out their problems, or not. You can force the offender out of the group, or enforce their silence, but more than that isn't likely.

You can be a dear friend and tell them your point of view...
Since they are both your friends they may see your point!
Good Luck ~
