Jehovah's Witnesses are relatively unique among self-described Christians in that they understand the Scriptures to teach that God's Kingdom by Christ Jesus is a real government which will soon replace all earthly governments.
(Daniel 2:44) God of heaven will set up a kingdom... It will crush and put an end to all these kingdoms, and it itself will stand to times indefinite

That Kingdom will rule over the vast majority of mankind, most of whom will have been raised from the dead after Armageddon.
(John 11:23,24) Jesus said to her: “Your brother will rise.” Martha said to him: “I know he will rise in the resurrection on the last day.”
(Acts 24:15) There is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous.

Until that resurrection, there is no suffering in "hell", or the grave. Sometime after the resurrection, death and "hell" will themselves be destroyed.
(Ecclesiastes 9:5) For the living are conscious that they will die; but as for the dead, they are conscious of nothing at all
(Ecclesiastes 9:10) there is no work nor devising nor knowledge nor wisdom in Sheol ["hell"]
(Revelation 20:14) And death and Hades ["hell"] were hurled into the lake of fire

While a limitted number of humans will be resurrected to heaven to share in ruling over mankind, the vast majority (literally more than 99.9%) of Jehovah's Witnesses expect an EARTHLY hope, the same hope given to Adam and Eve.
(Genesis 1:28) God blessed them and God said to them: “Be fruitful and become many and fill THE EARTH and subdue it [caps added]
(Genesis 2:17) You must not eat from it, for in the day you eat from it you will positively die [so never eating from that tree means never dying]

Interestingly, the Scriptures are full of references to this earthly hope.
(Psalms 37:11) 'the meek will possess the earth'
(Proverbs 2:21) 'upright will reside in the earth'
(Isaiah 45:18) 'God formed the earth to be inhabited'
(Matthew 5:5) 'the mild will inherit the earth'
(Revelation 21:3) The tent of God is with mankind

Close scrutiny of their doctrinal position on such subjects as the Deity of Jesus, Salvation, the Trinity, the Holy Spirit, the Atonement, etc., shows beyond a doubt that they do not hold to orthodox Christian positions on these subjects. Jehovah’s Witnesses believe Jesus is Michael the archangel, the highest created being. This contradicts many Scriptures which clearly declare Jesus to be God (John 1:1,14; 8:58; 10:30). Jehovah’s Witnesses believe salvation is obtained by a combination of faith, good works, and obedience. This contradicts countless Scriptures which declare salvation to be received by faith (John 3:16; Ephesians 2:8-9; Titus 3:5). Jehovah’s Witnesses reject the Trinity, believing Jesus to be a created being and the Holy Spirit to essentially be the power of God. Jehovah’s Witnesses hold to a ransom theory of the atonement, in which Jesus' death paid only for what mankind lost when Adam sinned - namely, the right to perfect life on earth. Thus, they believe in a faith + works arrangement, where sin and death are freely atoned for by Christ, but physical perfection is attained through personal effort, coupled with faith in Christ.

I will list a source for you to get more information. You may also wish to contact the local Kingdom Hall or those who visit your home. You can find the number in the phone book.
I will now attempt to give you accurate information of things often misunderstood.

Association-We do not shun all association with non-Witnesses. We believe in being balanced in this. We believe in shunning the attitudes, conduct and speech that is in violation of God's standards. We believe in associating with non-witness family and those we work/go to school with, but we do this in a limited way and we are very selective in our associations. Our preferred and closest associates are fellow witnesses. Violent opposers/ those not allowing us to discuss spiritual things recieve only necessary association from us-family, work matters. We enjoy talking about the Bible and really see no value in socializing with those who have no desire to hear about spiritual matters.

Because circumstances vary, we do not have a set rule on office parties/ class reunions. Yes, they are basically discouraged because we have seen that there is hardly a time when these gatherings are safe to attend. But it is ultimately up to each individual to evaluate the circumstances they will be in and decide for themselves what they will do. They will consider:
Is the party to celebrate an occasion we do not celebrate?
Is the gathering supervised by people who are against drunkedness, immoral conduct or speech?

We believe that to be Christians we must have faith in the ransom sacrifice of Jesus and be baptized in symbol of our dedication to God. We are dedicated to God-not to an organization or a work. Thus, if a change in Biblical understanding is needed, we are willing to do so. We do not have the attitude that we will only stick with what we believed in when we got baptized.

It is totally untrue that we let our loved ones die, rather than let them have a blood transfusion. The injury is what ended the life, not our refusal to take blood. We want to live and seek appropriate treatments for ourselves and our loved ones.

Three Hundred Years after Christ we saw the Introduction the Cross. Once again Traditions. The Founding Father of the Cross was None other than Constantine.
They Thorough Study the Bible and follow it.

I suppose the best way to answer your question would be to say that they definitely don't believe that Jesus Christ is all sufficient to save them. they call God a liar in this respect and are more intent on placing themselves under some sort of man made law which they invented accordingly, they would claim that they can only be saved by works and that the blood of Christ is not sufficient for their salvation. The Bible states that if anyone delivers to you a gospel other than the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ, let them be accursed; and if anyone receives a gospel other than the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ, let him be accursed also. Ask any J.W. if they are sure and certain of their salvation and they will all tell you "NO" The Bible is clear on this issue, we know we are saved for certain because the bible tells us so. In this regard they call God a liar again. We are warned in the Bible about false religions and cults as we are told that in the last days men would depart from the truth and follow after doctrines of devils (Satan) and teach for doctrine the commandments of men and from such we are to turn away. That is to say, we are to have nothing to do with them.

Thats very easy we believe in Jesus Christ the son of Jehovah God, & God's holy spirit. & everything else the Bible teaches go to www.watchtower.org to find out more

yes thats true we don't celebrate pagan holidays, if you w;ant to know about them go to this site http://www.eliyah.com/paganexp.html or do your own search on google "pagan holidays"

We respect our standing with God, & if you have any bible knowledge, you will see that time & again he reproved his people for getting involved with practices of t;he; nations

(James 4:4) 4 Adulteresses, do YOU not know that the friendship with the world is enmity with God? Whoever, therefore, wants to be a friend of the world is constituting himself an enemy of God.

Its a real shame that you prefer to believe the lie rather then the truth, if you want to know what we believe we have a huge web site www.watcfhtower.org

Yes we believe that there is only one name that men might be saved, its by the ransome that Jesus paid. here, right from the NWT

(Acts 4:12) . . .Furthermore, there is no salvation in anyone else, for there is not another name under heaven that has been given among men by which we must get saved.”

if you question the validity of the NWT see what a NON JW has to say , now this is a religion teacher with a PHD from harvard

the reason we don't make the claim to be "SAVED" IS BECAUSE LIKE PAUL

(1 Corinthians 9:27) . . .but I pummel my body and lead it as a slave, that, after I have preached to others, I myself should not become disapproved somehow.

(Philippians 3:13-14) 13 Brothers, I do not yet consider myself as having laid hold on [it]; but there is one thing about it: Forgetting the things behind and stretching forward to the things ahead, 14 I am pursuing down toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God by means of Christ Jesus.

(Matthew 24:13) 13 But he that has endured to the end is the one that will be saved.

Anything that Watchtower asks them to believe.

They do not believe in Biblical Jesus. They do not believe Jesus is God and they do not believe in Trinity. They believe Jesus is an archangel Michael.

Everything Edge said is true, they moved the commas in the bible to make it suit their believe. Their prophets were false, and a false prophet does not speak the word of God.
