Ok so.. this is for a "friend" right... not me... OK?

Should I just go out in the sun for an hour or so? What makes them glow? Spiritual intervention?

Wow. Sun or any bright light will recharge them The longer the exposure the stronger and longer the glow. Good luck to your "friend".

That would make for some interesting spit up...I wonder if it would still glow or perhaps change colors... Now I have to go watch Modern Problems with Chevy Chase....let me see where is that VCR.... edit: looking back, that might explain some of the *unusual* colors I found in my kids diapers...

Oh God. lol

Yes, God sends you his magical power in rays of sunlight.... Which your dumbells are able to their draw power from.. and it will allow them to glow for a while.
