Get the most impact from any tattoo by putting it some where that people can only catch a glimps of. That way you can drive guys crazy wondering what the rest looks like and how far it goes!
The outside of the leg works well, has a lot of potential and can be very girly.

A nice place to have a tattoo on a girl is in a place that is not always noticeable by everyone. Somewhere that only certain people can see. Maybe a place like on the back of your neck or where I like on the very lower abdomen that can be seen if you are wearing a short bathing suit!

Well there are several parts. It also depends on the tattoo and the size. As long as she isn't tatted from head to toe. LOL. I think the small of the back, the panty line, the middle of the shoulder blades, and the wrist are probably the hottest places.

I love heavily tattooed people...So I'd say a 3/4 sleeve or on your side (ribs). The bigger the better!
