sorry if the title makes me sound pathetic. there's this girl in my science class who i really like. she's friends with a friend of mine, and sometimes i catch her and her friend and i want to talk to her (the girl i like) but i can never think of anything to say. anytime i ever try to talk to a girl i like, one of three things seem to happen: i don't say anything at all (because i can't think of anything); i say something, but it's either really stupid or obnoxious (whatever is the first thing to come to mind) even though i don't mean to be that way; or i say something and i choke on the words or my throat goes dry (usually happens when i plan beforehand what to say to someone).
i really like this girl, but i don't really know her too much. i don't know any hobbies or anything about her that could possibly start a conservsation, other than that she's in a class with me (and i don't want to talk about that because it sounds stupid).
any tips / suggestions?

Since you are both in a science class, use that as an opportunity to talk to her.You can start by asking for her help with something in class, progress to introductions, and then follow with an exchange of telephone numbers,and then end with a would you like to go to a movie with me.At this point ,the ice is broken and you can talk bout any thing now.Role play in front of a mirrow to get the idea and to practice for when you meet her for real.I wish you the best.

Well, I'm sure you know more about her then you think you do.
If you see her hanging out with people, or know what classes shes in, etc, you can easily start a convo with her about that.
I know, its not easy to start a conversation. If you hear her talking about something with your friend though, you might just beable to "insert yourself" into the convo.

For me anyway...a guy who's laidback...and chill is always cool. Just go with the flow, be confident, and funny. Funny is key along with confidence. ...Just be the amazing guy you know you are. Don't try and be someone different...cause she'll see right through it. Girls like compliments...so, tell her she looks nice! Ask her what she's doing for the weekend and if you guys can hang out...go to the movies. Just flirt...it's not hard! Good luck!!! =]

Go up to her and say hey i hear you made the whatever team even if she isn't cuz then she'll be like no and you can be like oh what are you in and there you go conversation started

OK...Basically wat you want to do is start a simple conversation. so what you do is walk up to her one day and say somethin along the lines of how borin dis class is or say ask her if shes going to hang out with ure other friend after skool(tag along it sounds dumb but breaks the ice)..then gradually find out more things about her afterschool

you can always ask her hw she is doin..n if u gt a hp..y dun u giv her ur no?and ask her no instead...if dat doesnt work..u seek help from her friend..the best thing smtimes is to get to know the person first b4 u say smthin..n u should ask her fren..maybe they can help..if u really like her den go 4 it..dun b like me or u end up wif nothin

alrite bro this is wat u got to do. if u really wanna say the right thing and talk about things she likes to do, u have to be observant. check her out. who does she hang out wit? wat kind of things have u heard about her? sometimes its easier to talk to someone she knows. that way u can get to know her with out approaching her yet. thats one way.
another way is to be confident but not toooo confident. girls kinda like it when a guy is a little shy. but remember jus a little. go up to her and jus say wats up. hows your day been? how was your weekend? wat u like to do for fun? do that little by little until she feels comfortable with u and u feel the same. then the rest is jus natural instinct.

you proboly dont really like this girl. You are attracted to her and dont know her. if you do manage to get around talking to her and you two go out, your relationship wuoldnt last long. i say find a girl who u r comfortable talking with.
