-Treating others the way in which he/she would like to be treated
-Not gossiping or back-stabbing
-Not doing any harm (physical or emotional) to anyone
-Helping others in whatever way one is able to
-Having manners/being polite
-Being honest and trustworthy
-Being faithful and loving to ones spouse
-Treating children well/setting a good example
-Remembering that laughter is the best medicine, and that music is almost in a tie for that position
