At 14 years of age, in all states, it is the law that you live with a parent or guardian. Unless, you have been placed somewhere else by Social Services.

Assuming that your parents are still alive and willing to care for you, there is no way that you can live elsewhere.

Stay with your parents if they are NOT actively abusing you. If you and they are constantly arguing, YOU need to settle down and behave. Your parents are providing you with a home, clothing, food and the opportunity to get an education. All they expect from you is to stay in school, do your studies, do whatever paltry chores they assign to you, and stay out of trouble. It isn't much.
Keep a low profile, and keep a civil tongue in your mouth when you do talk to them.

If they ARE actively abusing you, then call Child Advocates or the city child welfare department to get them to pull you out and put you in a foster-care program. Believe me, that should be the last thing to consider.

Stay in school. PLEASE stay in school... you really need it. You only have 5 years before you turn 18 and are legally an adult, and can leave. Make the best of them by completing your education and getting a job after school so you can bank some money for when you move out.

Well at your age, it would be virtually impossible to live without your parents. Sure people would offer a helping hand, but there are legal processes that people would have to go through to make sure you had a place to stay if they really cared. Then there's the street. Sure, they'll probably welcome you, but you'll have to fend for yourself being that you don't have any kind of income whatsoever.

you can't live by yourself. i fyou have family members that would take you in such as her (moms) sister or brother and they have home. you can go to foster home. you can go to the school and if there needs to be report of abuse do it and you will be out of there for good. you just have tos ee what optsions you want to do. it can be done but you will have to live undersomeones roof and abide by their rules. you just have to think about this once you go to school and talk to them and move you will never be back and your folks may hate you after doing such a thing.

Well technically they have to sign emancipation papers that say they are no longer responsible for you that you are responsible for yourself. But if its not truly that bad than please stay there you need support from someone (emotional support) but with emancipation you can also get a job ( I think) Good Luck!

I think it depends on the circumstances. Are your parents doing something illegal?
