COOL COMPRESS AND STERILE DRY BANDAGES

The very best remedy for a burn is using an Aloe Vera plant. All you do is break off a leaf and spread the the stuff inside the leaf. The leaves are full of a gel (it looks like gel)! DO NOT put any other kind of gel on the burn. Gel from a tube of something will hold the heat in and will make the burn lots worse! For some reason this gel is different. The gel from this leaf will be instant relief! And if you get it on the burn immediately usually will not blister.

Run it under cold water. If you have Vitamin E in the house, pierce the capsule and rub the oil on the affected area. Do not cover....repply before sleep. Your finger should be fine in the morning.

Cool water. If there's a blister, don't drain it. Once it pops, though, remove the dead skin. Apply aloe-vera with lidocaine or neosporin cream with pain relief, just to coat, and apply a loose bandaid. Keep it out of dirty water.

It may sound crazy, but if you burn it again slightly, the pain will go away. Than apply butter or ointment and a bandage to protect it.
