Not a 'blood' relation, but still a family connection.

Close enough to consider him as if he was a cousin, if you want to, but far enough away to ignore the connection if you prefer.

Cousin by marriage -- step-cousin, actually. Bloodwise, no relation.

no blood relation ship but you can be friendly and choose to have them as cousins it depends on how the family is freidnly and wants to be in your family.
