Hmm, My detailed view on abortion, well it is not right, but at the same time, it is not wrong.
As a woman, i am grateful to be given the opportunity to choose the outcome of an unwanted pregnancy, however, morally it hits hard on your conscience. There will never be a definitive answer to who is "right" in the whole abortion debate. It is not as black and white as some people choose to believe. There is a lot of grey! and that comes from us as individuals, how you were brought up, your sense of compassion, your religious beliefs, all of these things come into play when you are deciding when a life begins. The problem is we need to focus not so much on the 'when does life begin' aspect, and more on the circumstances. Many people feel that they are pro-life, and that abortion is only ok when a woman is raped or in cases such that the women is put in imminent danger if she carries a baby to term. But if you believe it to be ok in extreme circumstances, than you are pro-choice, you can't be both!!
To me, i think that a baby is considered to be alive when it breathes it's first breath, it is taking in it's spirit, and at that moment it is given life, and it is no longer on "life-support". It is the same when you die, if a machine is breathing for you, your body is there, but that is all that it is. It is functioning, with the help of the machine. When you take your last breath, your spirit leaves you. As far as where it goes, well every one has their own opinion on that, but to me, that is life. You wouldn't be you without your spirit, you would just be a functioning body without a soul.
Whether you take that first breath at 22 wks or 40 wks, i truly believe that is when you recieve your soul, and people will argue that babies suck their thumbs in utero, and blink, and move, but all of that is just reflexes, and the nervous system, and all of the other systems being formed, it is only a body on life-support until it recieves it's soul.
Facts to back me up:
Abortion is all opinions, no facts......

Life generally, requires brainwaves and a heartbeat.
Here are some drastic and unpopular thoughts that embrace the things which usually lead to abortions (barring the lack of forethought and self-control in both genders):
Abolish no fault divorce and consistently enforce long term legal and social consequences for spousal abuse, abandonment of females by males after starting a sexual relationship with any female and enforce severe legal punishments on males who do any of the former things or who are found participating in polygamous sexual relationships of any kind - married or not married. Finally, in the presence of conclusive DNA evidence and lie detection testing, make surgical castration the penalty for rape, without exceptions for age, ethnicity, religion or national origin.
That should VIRTUALLY ELIMINATE the need for abortions.

The baby has always been "with life". Not to mention, there's a minimum time when you can get an abortion. The baby has to be big enough to spot, you see. By then, it's already alive and breathing. After an abortion is carried out, they have to be able to put together a body... Eugh, it makes me sick just thinking about it...

women have the right to choose, that doesn't necessarily mean its the right choice, or the wrong choice.
it may seem right at the time,.. but a great many regret doing it later in life, some even right after.
so all i have to say is this.
this is not a light decision, this is not something you can do on a whim, if you do this, make sure you are 100% certain, because the guilt you will feel if you aren't... well it doesn't feel that great.

This is not the place for this question, because lately the pro-life people have been making things up on how abortion are done and are not accurate. If your looking for information that is accurate contract a health provider, midwife, and gyno.
Honestly I don't believe in abortions or less in extremely situations, but i'm not going to make up crap like they have to piece the body back together afterwards because that is outragous and it true at all. A fetus's body doesn't even look like a body when abortion are preformed and most are done by prescripted medications under medical watch, it acts as a miscarriage. Please contract a health provide and don't listen to the people on here.
PS- I don't recommand researching the internet for this subject, also very inaccurate.

I believe that that the fetus is consied to be alive at 12 weeks. The earliest 8 weeks.I do believe that u have to have parents permission. Or go to court and ask a judge, but he,ll tell u the same thing.I belive it can be proformed if u were raped or sexually molested but it depends from state to state

i am fully against it. your killing a unborn child! a human being! i dont care what people say to this but seriously, if you didnt want the baby, then y did you open your legs. if it was rape, giv it up for adoption, that way its not dead and someone who can have kids can have a child. yet, in a way its good for that stemcell reseach. but i am still against abortions.....its really sad. if i fell pregnant now, id keep it cuase i opened my legs and it is my responsibility. i would care for that child like crazy, even if i wasnt ready. in a way its good but mainly it is bad, horrible and inhumane. i do understand and respect other peoples opinions, but this is my own and i ask you to respect that.

Its taking a human life, therefore goes against gods law and is unacceptable. You can't kill a baby just because it will complicate your life. The time to think about birth control is before conception.

Completely against it. I considered MY baby to be with life when I found out I was pregnant. From that moment on there was a tiny LIFE inside of me starting to grow.
