So when you date, you just go out usually to the movies with a guy?
But you guys like each other, you're just not boyfriend and girlfriend.
Kay.
So lets say you know this guy.
He asks you to be his girlfriend.
You accept.
And go on dates.

But if a guy asks you out.
And you accept.
You guys just go out on dates?
Does this involve kissing?
If it does, are you officially bf & gf?

Or is it something totally different?
And does it mean bf & gf is someone says "I'm dating this guy?"

I'm just confused.
So if you could, help me to have a better understanding of this.

I think if you are dating someone exclusively, then you are boyfriend/girlfriend. You're not bf/gf unless one of you ask the other one to be and they agree that they would like to. I think if you are movie partners, it could involve kissing if you wanted it to, but it wouldn't have to.

GOING OUT ON A DATE IS ONE THING.

GETTING HIS JACKET OR RING IS ANOTHER THING TO SERIOUS RELATIONSHIP.
