I would have to say I like Americanized Mexican Food. Authentic Cultural food is usually a lot different than what we are used to. Certain Traditional Mexican food is good, but for the most part I just like the Americanized stuff

Silly Question, any ethnic food, prepared properly is usually GREAT. The thing to remember is not to judge Mexican food by what you have eaten at Taco Bell, or some other joint. Having eaten in Mexico and living in S. Tex for 15 plus years, I can tell you what most restaurants offer is nothing like the real thing. I personally LOVE their food, a smoky, down to earth cuisine, full of flavor and very satisfying.
