someone told me to pinch your nipples as hard as possible and the sensation would be similar so i had my twin sister pinch the " eff" out of my titty LOL and it hurt but i took it, and it was ok, also i want to know can i be drunk when it happens.

Don't base the pain level on other people's pain level. I got my tongue pierced a while ago and it didn't hurt at all, on the other hand my sister in law got it done recently and said it hurt like hell..
Also, my belly button piercing killed but for my sister in law it didn't hurt at all.
Weird, huh?
Just get it done... It'll stop hurting eventually. :P - You won't be able to wear a bra for a while, though.

Drinking thins the blood, so no, you cannot drink beforehand. You might be able to take some type of pain medication (talk to the piercer first), but drinking is a big no-no. I haven't had my nipples pierced, so I can't help with the pain part.

If you are drunk, you bleed much more because your blood is made thinner by the alcohol. Also, don't pierce your nipples - what's the point?

having my both nipples pierced i would say it does not hurt at all.. so i give it a 1.. but the after effects of a rotting sagging nipple isnt a pretty sight.. Enjoy
