I remember reading in the Bible that people who don't praise Jesus or whatever will go to Hell, and they they will burn and rot forever. Is this really possible? And if so, how?
Also, I read that everybody in Hell will have worms. What's up with that?? Where did the worms come from?

Haha, faith... silly chrisitans.

You do realise that the bible is a rewrite of the Jewish torah holy book. In which, there is no heaven or hell, no satan, or demons. These are all christian constructs!

Scriptures on angels, saints & judgement? Thanks, Royal Racer.

Jude:6 And the angels which kept not their first estate,but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.

Mark 9:42-48 [ 628 B. C. Josiah made it the city dump ];
Matt.25:41 [ fire for devil and his angels is everlasting ];
After 1000 years with Jesus Rev.20:7-10 [ end of evil ];
Rev.21:1-5 [ ll is new again ], 8 [ second death is death ];

1Cor.6:2 Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters? 6:3 Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life?

Luke 20:34 And Jesus answering said unto them, The children of this world marry, and are given in marriage: 20:35 But they which shall be accounted worthy to obtain that world, and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry, nor are given in marriage: 20:36 Neither can they die any more: for they are equal unto the angels; and are the children of God, being the children of the resurrection. 2Pet.3:13; New heavens and new earth and all resurrected and all possible will be saved, if not self is to blame.

1Cor.15:22-28,51-53; Rev. 20:1-6,12,13; John 5:26-29; Acts 24:15; Dan.12:2; Isa.26:19; Heb.9: 27; 2Cor.5:10; Rom.14:9-12; Philip.2:5,9-12; Eze.37:12-14;

RICH MAN AND LAZARUS: Jesus and Abraham said," the law and the prophets are to John the Baptist, then the kingdom of God, and they have Moses and the prophets, let them hear them."

Will Moses and the prophets say heaven is Abraham's bosom, or give a place for the living dead to be talking after being buried, Jesus was reading the belief of the Pharisees, Jesus covers all, as Lazarus as he is from Abraham, Job. 19:25,26; 34:14,15; Psm.104:29,30; Isa.26:19; Eze. 37:12-14;

You are going to get many answers in which people are going to quote you scriptures as they grope for an explanation to your logical question.

So it is only fair for me to do the same.

Gospel Contradictions:

1) How many generations were there between Abraham to David? Matthew 1:17 lists fourteen generations. Matthew 1:2 lists thirteen generations.

2) Is Paul lying? In Acts 20:35 Paul told people "to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, 'It is more blessed to give than to receive.'" Since Jesus never made such a biblical statement, isn’t Paul guilty of deception?

3) When did the leper become not a leper? (Matthew 8:13 & 8:14) Jesus healed the leper before visiting the house. (Mark 1:29-30 & 1:40-42) Jesus healed the leper after visiting Simon Peter’s house.

4) Who approached Jesus? (Matthew 8:5-7) The Centurion approached Jesus, beseeching help for a sick servant. (Luke 7:3 & 7:6-7) The Centurion did not approach Jesus. He sent friends and elders of the Jews.

5) Was she dead or just dying? (Matthew 9:18) He asked for help, saying his daughter was already dead. (Luke 8:41-42) Jairus approached Jesus for help, because his daughter was dying.

oh, we could go on and on!

Came from traditions of men...not the Bible.
"Hell" is translated only one time from tartaroo, which is from the root Tartaros, which means "the deepest abyss of Hades" (2 Peter 2:4). Apparently, Peter was not writing about a place of flames and torment because "the angels that sinned" are there "to be reserved unto judgment." It would not make sense that angels would be burning in hell before judgment is pronounced on them. If angels are being reserved for judgment, it means they haven’t been judged yet. After all, an accused murderer wouldn't serve 25 years and then be judged to see if he belongs there or not. If the wicked were to live in a burning hell, they’d have eternal life, just as the righteous, differing only in its quality. The penalty for sin is death (Romans 6:23), not eternal life.

You didn't really read it, did you??? If you did, tell us where you read it so we can see that with our own eyes. There are many metaphors and representative language that is only meant as a general, not precise description...In other words, it's just saying that hell is a bad place...You weren't just passive aggressively attacking the Bible, were you???

Well um I don't personally believe God would send anybody to hell. How can a tiny carbon unit sin against such a great thing? Impossible.
