Can someone please tell me is this serious, i have no idea how long it has been twitching i just noticed and it only twitches when i enxtend it and sometimes it twitches violently if i dont control it.

Sometimes it means your blood sugar. Also it can mean your nerves or a withdrawl from medication, it can also mean a small case of parkinsons i think. im not sure about the parkinsons but it happens often to people.

Try eating 2 bananas a day (for the potassium) for a week. If that doesn't work, see neurologist.

That happens to em too.
It probably means the same as the eyes, you havent moved it in a while, or it hasnt had any real activity
