i would like to write a flattering letter to a pass office for an extension of pass. i would like to make it sound very pleasing to the issuer of the pass. what can u suggest?

On behalf of PG and LS, please make necessary procedural arrangement for LS Cable sub-contractors GOLDEN SINGA Pte Ltd for their entry into Jurong Island.

very simple letter , just to make it sounds flattering and pleasing.

I think what you have sounds fine the way it is. You might just add a sentence or two, saying: "I appreciate your kind consideration in this matter," and sign it "Most sincerely,"

Add at least two more complimentary sentences to your letter to flatter your reader more. You might also find out the name of whom you are writing to, this will make it more personal, if not write "Dear Sir or Madam:" for a formal letter and if PG and LS are acronyms or abbreviations, spell out the full company name to really make your flattering letter stand out to your reader.
