Sit down with this guy and talk, explain to him that your not a virgin and explain what your scared of. Take a risk and if he truly likes and cares for you then he will listen and understand. Talking and listening in relationships is the key to a good one
Good luck and hope everything works out.

ok, first you should come to terms with what happened a few years ago. It will be hard but u gotta understand, really understand and know that what happened was the guys fault. Not yours at all. It is understandable that sex is not really what you're up for right now because u still haven't come to terms with what happened.
How long did you know this new guy before he wanted to do anything? if it wasn't long then maybe u should examine his reasons for being with you and his feelings for you. If not, then ok, but u gotta let him know what happened and why you don't feel comfortable with sex. Be truthful and if he loves you he will understand, or at least try to!
Good luck, and I hope that everything works out eventually!

If he cares for you and he wants to be with you, you need to tell him why you didn't want to have sex with him.Hopefully he will understand and stick by you till your ready.Men need to understand when girls are forced into having sex they didn't ask for it.Just take your time and work your self back into having sex.If this guy cares for you he will understand and wait till your ready.

Talk it over with him. He will understand. I had been in similar situations and trust me, its best to talk things out. You don't want to leave him in the dark, once you explain why your afraid, I'm sure he'll understand and be patient to go for things when your ready.

you dont need to tell us you need to tell him ---- if you cant talk about anything then the relationship is in trouble to begin with ---- as long as you have not lied then there is no problem --- just sit down and tell him your fears ---- if he truly cares he will understand and find a way to work through this --- best wishes
