How do you prevent it from happening, and if they aready sag a little it what can you do to list them back up? I see some people wear low cut dresses with no bra, but their breasts aren't saggy at all, its nice and firm, and they don't look like they work out either, how can I get my breasts like that!?!! Help. If the gym is the only solution do you know of any exercises? thanks

Unless you are a young girl with smaller breasts, they will "sag" a little. Some of the dresses you are seeing will have built in bras. It's also possible to sew a good fitting bra into a dress if you know a good seamstress. Also, like someone else has already said, a good fitting bra is the best thing to prevent sagging. If you have larger breasts this is a must. Go and have a bra fitting done so you can assure you are wearing the right bra with the right fit. Did you know that most woman are wearing even the wrong size! :) Another thing to try to prevent is to work on the muscles that support the chest area...the pecks. Remember the "we must...we must" exercises....at a gym focus on exercises to target the muscles in this area. This can help, that is and wear a good fitting sports bra at the same time.

You should go to a department store or somewhere that does "bra fittings" they will fit you into the proper bra size and the bra will lift. A good bra will cost you anywhere between $40.-to $100.00, I personally pay $75.00 for each bra, and it is worth every penny.
Love "the lift" I get from a good bra.

you need to sleep with your bra! when you are sleeping your breast dont stop growing.
as far as exercises go
you can do the old fashion push ups
or chest press
(two hands infront of you and pressing on the breast muscles)
also, apply lotion on them
this firms them..
i had the same problem and as soon as i became a mommy my breast got better(thank god for nursing)
good luck and hoped i helped ;)
