Make a soup.
Pour your chicken stock into a large pot and warm on med-low.
Dice your carrots, and sautee in a little oil-whatever you have (veg oil, butter, canola-don't use sesame)
When they are partially cooked, add the peas to the pan and mix thoroughly until the carrots are mostly cooked and peas are warm
Bring pot up to a simmer.
Add uncooked pasta/ramen to soup-cooking the pasta in the soup will give the pasta more flavor and will thicken the soup.
Taste the soup and add salt and pepper to taste.
Hope this helps.

Put the chicken broth in a saucepan.
In that put the peas, carrots and ramen.
It would make a good hearty soup.
Make the pasta and put the pasta sauce on it.
You could make biscuits.
Thicken the broth into a gravy and serve on them.
Boil the eggs and make egg salad or deviled eggs.

Well, I don't see much protein in there, & you need lots:
eggs, cheese, beans, milk, yoghurt, peanut butter, etc.
Perhaps that is why you are not feeling well.
Anyway, you can make pasta with the pasta sauce.
Add peas & carrots to the boiling water to cook them.
You could make a soup with the chicken broth & ramen.
Again add peas & carrots, to improve the nutrition.
Omelettes & crepes are good, but you need fillings:
mushrooms, onions, peppers, cheeses, fruit, nuts, etc.
You could make pancakes with the flour, sugar, baking soda.
But these are all carbohydrates, not a balanced diet.

Use the pasta, peas, carrots, and broth to make a nice comforting soup. By the way, if you're a vegetarian, why are you using chicken broth?

Try a Ramen Soup. I don't think you'd need much sugar. Pasta and Pasta sauce, throw in some peas and carrots, and cheese.
