Open the folder with your Limewire music. Usually this is in the location: C:\Documents and Settings\"your user name here"\Shared.

Next, open iTunes, then highlight all of the files you want to transfer and just drag them into the iTunes window.

iTunes will add the files to your library and they will be listed from then on.


Extra tips:

If you open iTunes and click the Advanced menu and click Consolidate Library, iTunes will move ALL of your music files (from anywhere) into your iTunes folder.

If you want to move ONLY the files from the limewire folder and put them in your iTunes folder, open C:\Documents and Settings\"your user name here"\My Documents\My Music\iTunes\iTunes Music and drag the files in there.
