I would say yes..if if a soul exists in a species born the natural way it would exist in a clone of said animal for the clone would only differ in how it was produced.

A clone is a genetic copy of another person. An identical twin is a genetic copy of another person. So, if identical twins have separate souls than clones will have a soul.
