I'm a dancer and I have soo much muscle and I hate it, like the other day my friend jokingly poked me in the stomach and hurt her fingers really bad, when people ask her what happened to her fingers she tells them what happened and its really embarrassing. But it isn't just my stomach, its my thighs and butt too. So is their anyway to lose muscle but not strength and maybe get a little squishy??

Here's the thing about muscle, people would tell you that muscle turns into fat, and fat can turn into muscle. Both is wrong and stupid to believe in the first place, and I dare anyone to say otherwise. And you should be proud of your body, and from the sound of it your a pretty fit girl. Peope always say oh I have a strong back, big arms or that I have too much muscle, and trust me there is nothing wrong with that. But if you wish to have it change, just eat much mire and do less cardio.
