Alright, without this being a long story...

Well first off, lets do a bit of a back story, I use to live in this place that I lived in for years and years. Almost every night I would have this thing that is called Sleep Paralysis by some...Where I would be awake, but I couldn't move, and I couldn't talk and I could just lay there.

Then I moved out, and it never happened again, except when I would take a nap at my boyfriends house. He didn't live near my old house by the way.

But we broke up and for 3 years I haven't had that problem. But then I got to my aunts to house sit, and I was the only one here, and it happened again...

Some people say it has to do with ghosts...some people say its got something to do with your nerves? I don't feel uncomfortable in any of those places though.

it happens a lot. Usually its caused when sleeping by putting your hand/arm over your heart, therefore slowing down the blood flow. Or sleeping on your left side. When sleeping your blood flow will be really slow, and there is a nerve in your brain that will have to be triggered when you wake up. With the blood flow being slow, the nerve in the brain will be triggered slow. And, you will be paralysized.

Also, another story. I knew a person who threw a cross on the ground and broke it because he was angry. When he went to sleep, he woke up and couldn't move until like 10 minutes later.

SO it could be both.
