Lao Air email has reservation number and "confirmed". The email at bottom says, "You will be receiving an e-Ticket Itinerary within 72 hours once the e-ticket is issues". Anyway the confirming email is the only thing I have at this point and it has been several weeks.

You can call their customer hotline, I'm sure it's written somewhere on the E-mail or their website.

You can literally take your confirmation letter to the ticket desk at the airport and they will issue you a ticket at that time.. I have not done this with Lao Air but I have with several other airlines. Give Air Lao a call to verify but I am pretty sure you are in the clear.
