Leave the eggs for a week or so, that way she won't continue to lay more eggs, it's obvious she is in breeding mode, so let her be. Egg laying takes alot out of the female, make sure she has plenty of water, and veges and cuttle fish bone or vitamin block to replenish her. Observe her and gradually remove eggs. There are things that stimulate females into laying without a male, such as mirrors and bobbing birds, otherwise it is just a cycle that they have to go through.

You may want to let her incubate them for a while even though they will not hatch. She may lose interest in them eventually as well, which would be an easy time to remove them. If you remove them too quickly this may prompt her to lay more eggs. If she continues to lay eggs she will be losing too much calcium and she may become sick. If she continues to lay many clutches you will need to supplement her diet.

When she gets done laying her clutch of eggs, remove them at night when she is sleeping. The eggs will start smelling and rotting in about a week.

I have let a turkey set on her infertile eggs, and she ended up being crippled from sitting in one position so long and she later died. .Another time I let a duck keep setting on her rotten eggs and they ended up exploding on her. It was in the summer, and no eggs smell worse then rotten duck eggs.

Did you ever think of getting a mate for her? Birds like to flock together.

Leave the eggs until your bird shows no interest in them. Removing them too soon will encourage her to lay again...

I think you should remove the eggs if you think your Budgie would harm them. But if you think your Budgie wouldn't I think you should leave it there so that your Budgie can Warm them up until it hatches.
