This is one reason why "boys"
should NOT even consider getting
married until they are PAST this
point in time. (Especially girls too)

Becoming a committed, responsible person. A boy does not want to take responsibility for anything and does not want to make long term commitments. A man will pay his own way not living off his parents, relatives or girlfriends.

A boy becomes a man by hard work, honoring parents and women. A man realizes that the "buck" stops with him. he has honor, integrity, honesty and is industrious. He values friendships that build him up and do not tear him down.

Once doing things independently including having a job and handling your own finances, you will start to feel like a man.
