You have to be 18 to get them pierced. Even if you got parental consent, it still is considered a "genital" piercing, although it isn't. If a piercer pierced a minors nipples the minors parents could turn him in for touching a minor inappropriately, and the piercer could go to jail for it.

I spent $50 on mine to get pierced when I was 17, but looking back at it the piercer sucked, and he pierced a minor. If I felt like being mean I could turn him in for sexual harassment. I think mine were pierced too shallow. Don't look at places depending on price, cheaper does not always mean better. If they do the piercing like dirt cheap they might not use sterilized jewelry of good quality. I know the jewelry I was pierced with definately wasn't great quality.

It depends on the man, hun :\

I like them on men and women!

And that one girl said they cause breast cancer: that is a big fat lie. The only problem they can cause it desensitizing (losing feeling) or over sensitizing (too much feeling) in the nipple.

Remember: at the piercing studio it costs them about $1 for the needle, so $2 for both, and no more than $30 for both pieces of jewelry (they can tell you what they want, but a good barbell, titanium internally threaded usually isn't more than $15 a piece) so they charge you mostly for their time.

Any more than $50 for a nipple is a huge rip-off. But if they charge you like $20 for a nipple then they are probably unclean, use cheap jewelry, and are just not good piercers.

Do research on the parlors before getting something done there

Age: 18 in america, in canada there is not age restriction, so it varies place to place

when i got mine done i was with a guy who claimed he never wanted to see them bc they would turn him off, and then he fell in love with them. everyone is different. getting them both pierced could cost up to $100. even though it CAN take up to a year to heal, if you take care of them it will be quick. mine healed in about a month and a half, faster than any of my other piercings (about 12 or so). and the sensitivity can go either way. some people lose sensitivity, some get heightened sensitivity. and in most places you have to be 18

Um... you seriously won't get breast cancer from a nipple piercing like whatever her name said, but it is gross and skanky. you have to be 18, or 21 in some states and they usually cost around 15-30 dollars ranging on how shady the piercing place is.

18, because they are genital piercings - Even with parental consent, you HAVE to be 18.

I'd say around $60 for just a single one, so maybe around $100 for both.

umm i got mine done but took them out because its trashy and can leave scar tissue wheere the pierce was. it cost $120 and they take over a year to heal and you cant have any saliva or sexual contact on them or they Will get infected. its a huge hassle to take care of and is NOT worth it. Gross dont do it.
