I'm not an admin, and my firefox/ie is crashing. It says I need to update. How do I do it? Also, ist here anything other thing I can update without being admin?

Sorry, you must have administrative rights to make system changes.

You have to have admin rights to make any system changes. There is no way around that.

Restart your computer in safe mode.
If there is no password on the admin account, then you can access it.

Restart your computer, keep pressing F8 as it boots up until you reach the screen and select "Safe Mode with Networking"
Then you can do it.
