well i have this happen to me ALL THE TIME !

at first it had me worried
but then i found out that i either didnt have enough sugar or had to much....

i usually dont eat breakfast cause i can never get up in time to get ready for school then eat

so i rarely eat that meal even though its most important : |
but i would get the "shakes" right before third period
my teacher says its cause i havnt had any food
so she gives me somthing a little sweet to calm me and then i ggrab a bite to eat at lunch
and feel much better
...
so hope you feel better .... =]

That happened to me when I had a potassium deficiency. Bananas are high, or you can take a supplement, but not for long. A week would do it.

Cut back on caffine & sugar. & see a dr. you could be diabetic or have parkinsons & not even know it!!!

you may need to eat
or cut down on caffeine
perhaps a slight seizure

go see a doc please.
