bad what are the signs? that its no good?

i left it out for like 5 hours..and i put it in my fridge.

WHOA...you're not supposed to defrost things outside of the refrigerator, that's when the bacteria really develops. Better safe than sorry kiddo.

Did you defrost it, then put it in the fridge? Or did you defrost it in the fridge? If you defrosted it in the fridge it probably took 2 of those 3 days to thaw completely.

The left it out 5 hrs part killed it for me.

no becuase it will be rotten and if you defrost any thing it and put it back in the fridge it will rott

It should be fine...however...if you open it and it smells funny and is slimy to the touch...throw it out!
