Well, here's the story. I am 18 and a senior in high school (im graduating in Janurary and going to a college close to home but moving out. Well, im openly gay (to my friends atleast, not family) and I have an amazing boy friend and amazing friends who I love to spend time with and I spend a lot of time with them acctually. I seem like I would not have any problems but I always get lonely when I go home and have nothing to do. My parents are home most of the time but they are not Really there if you know what I mean. I don't feel like I can talk to my mother because then she will be like well come to church with us (they are super religious, and are wondering why my interest has been declining the last few years lol) so I feel I cannot share problems with her because she will say i need the "Lord In My Life" and I don't see any reason to tell her i'm gay right now.

I believe your parents may already suspect this since you do not have a girlfriend or talk about girls. Your parents sound like they have a strong faith in the Lord, and I would advise you being open with them about your sexual preferences. God bless you, and I will be praying for your deliverance!!!

you should talk to your parents about your sexuality. they may already suspect you are gay.. even though they may not take it well, parents do love you unconditionally.. but don't lose your faith in the Lord just because you are gay.. he does still love you. i will pray for ya.. GOD BLESS.
