It's not lame. It's something we all go through.
As cliche' as this sounds, time will heal your broken heart.
However, mean while, you can help do things to feel better =)
- Work out A LOT... try yoga...
- Eat probably and healthy...
- spend time with family and friends.
- don't stay home... just make yourself busy with fun stuff.
and wait. Things will start getting better by time.
I promise.

No easy answer for you kid. Best advice I can give you is to allow yourself some time to heal, but, at the same time, don't let it consume you. Find things to do to prevent you from having that major "pity party" that happens when you've spent too much time stewing about what once was, and what might have been. I've been where you're at, and I know the pain cuts like a dagger. But, time will allow healing, and life will go on. My thoughts and prayers! Take care of yourself kid!

Ashey:
Time Heals Most Wounds!
But usually we hardly ever
"get over" a heart break
completely. As time passes
and we date others~ It gets
easier to cope with.
Good Luck

You just move on and find someone better. Depending upon what happened and how, it may turn out in time to be very good for you when you find a person to love who will love you in return. try to be around friends and do things to move on and find someone else who won't hurt you or break your heart.

Hang out with your friends, and enjoy life. Find their flaws and figure out how much life is better now without them. Find out what was annoying with the relationship and embrace now that you won't have to deal with that.

you don't, you just try to move on and keep busy. it isn't lame. i am going through it now and the best advice i can tell you is, cry when you need to, laugh when you can (only if you want), and don't try to feel numb. it only makes matter worse. honestly, just live your life, and if he was your life, start anew. build from the ground up.

Time heals all wounds. Heartbreak sucks, but try not to get too down. You will survive, and thrive, in due time.
