why do they ask for avalability if there not going to go by it? please write the stores that go avalability

actually, legally they have to go by it. If you are offered a job with the fore-knowledge that there would be certain restrictions to your schedule (ie you couldn't work certain days for school, religious reasons, etc) then they are required to hold up their end of the deal. Sometimes managers forget about your availibility though. Remind him or her, forcefully, but politely what your restrictions are, and if they try to tell you that you must work or your job would be at stake, contact your state's labor board.
