I don't think that' s a very healthy diet. It's not not a balanced menu. I think you have too many carbs and sugars, and not enough protein. Also, you have no veggies - you need fruit & veggies to give your body the vitamins it needs to grow healthy and strong!!! If you're concerned about weight, then ditch the muffins - well, one in the am with your eggs and add some milk or yogurt, LOSE THE NACHOS (bad, very bad and i love them so VERY much!) for a chef salad or a soup and salad, and ditch the candy - okay once a week or 1 - 2 pieces a day. Dinner should be a small portion of meat, the potato is okay, and some veggies.
Lots of water, only 1 pop/soda/carbonated beverage a day, and some milk.

Is it normal? not really... You're taking in too much starch are carbs.
A more balanced diet would be a lot healthier for you, which in turn will help you become more healthy internally and externally (yes, what you eat helps what you look like!). Judging by the food listed it seems as though you are trying to not eat as much. I mean half a potato and a muffin isn't a very good dinner. If you are worried about your weight, you should actually eat more often (smaller and HEALTHIER meals of course) so your metabolism speeds up. Doing that and some regular 15 minute brisk walks everyday (no need to run unless you want more of a cardio work out instead of a fat burning work out) and you will be feeling/looking a lot healthier than you did before.

I don't think there's a problem with the QUANTITY of what you're eating. You might want to eat food with more nutritional value. And by 3 muffins for breakfast, you mean mini muffins, right?
There's nothing wrong with a little candy for a snack, every once in awhile, but try to eat more healthful things-fruit, veggies and some dip.
1/2 potato for dinner and muffin for dinner could be improved. You need more protein in your diet. Add some beans or chicken/fish/beef.
Hope this helps.

Sounds like a bad diet. At 14 she needs to be eating a more balanced diet, protiens, carbs, fruits and vegetables. If you are concerned with what she is eat ( and if she is eating this type of food every day I would be) I would go to a local gym and speak with a nutritionist. If she is eating like this now and it is not corrected then she could have alot of medical problems later in life.

Kids your age go through 'growth spurts'. During this time your body requires more nutrition so that it can build you.....just enjoy it honey...cause when you're 'all grown up'...there's no more fun eating....
