is there a home remidie? ive heard of lemon juice and cheyan pepper mixed with water and apple cider vinegar and water will it work

Why do you need to cleanse your colon? If I were going to do that (I wouldn't because I think it's unsafe and unhealthy), I would spend the money on a proven, dr. supervised type cleanser, and not some home brew that could make you seriously ill.
