Right now I am studying the birds of Ecuador, as we are going there in a few weeks to do some serious birding. It will be my third trip. Is that spiritual? It is to me.

I just read books on all subjects. After the one I am reading now, I will still have 9 books to go. Some are religious or spirtual but most are mysteries and drama with suspense, humor, whatever. Just read, nothing better.

I've been reading "Life Recovery Bible"- I am on this site too often, more than likely. I PRAY FREQUENTLY throughout the day. I begin my Prayers: "Dear God, Thank You for all YOU have done for me, and continue to do so- Forgive me for all my Sins, For I am a Sinner"- I have a ton of people I pray for, some nights I fall asleep praying for those I care about.

If it's a weekday I'm so physically exhausted from work that I pass out as soon as I lay down.
If it's a weekend I smoke pot.
