Take 4-200mg tablets of ibuprofen.
Wrap your hand in a cool towel. Rewet the towel as necessary for the next hour or so.
Look at the burn. Is it blistering? I think if it were blistering on my hand, I'd go to the ER or see the dr. in the morning.
Put a little neosporin cream with pain killer on the burn, and loosely lay a bandage over it.
That's the best I can do, sweetie. Get better soon.

You should immediately run your hand under cold water, do not put ice on it because that will harm your nerve endings. If the burn is really bad, you should seek medical assistance. Otherwise, you'll want to keep it clean and wrapped in something very soft and that breathes like gauze. I also recommend using aloe vera on it to help it heal.

If it's only red then run it under cold water. Make sure its running water.(don't immerse it). this means you have a 1st degree burn.
If you have blisters put some antibiotics on it and wrap it loosely with gauze. this means you have a 2nd degree burn.
