Explain like I'm stupid: Is everything going wrong because people are having too much sex? or the wrong kind of sex? or teaching adolescents about sex? or not waiting to have sex until they're married and reasonably certain that they won't be divorced within six months? or what?
I'm especially interested in answers from (gulp) christians, since they seem to take so much interest in the subject.
(No, you needn't tell me _why_ you find it so fascinating, that's not my question and I don't want to know, thanks anyway.)

You think the world is worse off than before? It's not. You're a smart woman, go reread some of your history books and remember that each generation thinks the past was soooo much better. Each generation is wrong-we simply have different challenges that are equally or even less hard than previous generations.

No everything appears to be going wrong because certain people are more outraged by Harry Potter, two men wanting to marry each other and controlling what their neighbors do in the privacy of their own home.
Meanwhile, the AIDS crisis in Africa, children starving all over the world and the genocide in Darfur doesn't even register on their outrage scale.
And I can't explain like you're stupid, because I know you're not.

Sins of the flesh are one thing, but you have good senses to notice the rampant apostasy around now. (Apostasy means someone who once believed falling and not believing anymore). That's the main cause. Also working on Sundays. That's another one. Sins of the flesh are up there, but there are other important issues that God has with us as well. I think the one about keeping Sundays holy is a big one with Him. When people keep Sunday holy, everything else falls into order like soldiers on parade.

It's always been my understanding that Christians don't "have sex".... While each is of "one sex or the other" they are strictly heterosexual and only engage in "love making for reasons of procreation".
Are you sure that a question like this one, containing the "S" word so freely, is within the community standards...? I don't know... but may have to be censored, don't you agree ?

What used to be wrong in society is now tolerated. The lack of morals is to blame. I believe sex should be talked about in the home, abstinence should also be taught in the home.
