I want to dye my hair blonde. I have dirty blonde hair.Its really dark blonde or almost light brown. I want it like a yellowy blonde like avril dyed hers. I have like golden brown eyes and pale skin. Im really nervous so please help.

Absolutely. since you're unsure about it maybe start with highlights and then you can always add more. make sure you test the dye on a piece of your hair first. dye can be really misleading & you dont want to end up orange or brassy. Also some dye appears alot lighter on the carton than it ends up being on your head (I'm speaking from a lot of experience).

I have several reasons why you should NOT dye your hair blonde. a) Hair dye is not good for your hair. If you want healthy hair I would leave it its natural color. b) I know from experience that having blonde hair automatically drops your IQ in other peoples eyes. I have had blonde hair my entire life and for some reason people always say that I'm a "blonde" (like ditzy or stupid) even though my GPA is above a 4.29. c) I'm sure that your hair is gorgous its natural color. You shouldn't want to change it just because some celebrity dyed hers. Be content with who you are and try to focus on more important things!

Maybe a few highlights - just for fun - might to the trick...
a pretty face can usually handle any hair colour ...
but think about this one... toxins will be absorbed into your body, every time you dye your hair... so the less, the better..

omg GO FOR IT i wish i had blonde hair my sister has dirty blonde hair and asap shes going to dye it like Avril lavigne's and then put really light blonde highlights ... I'm really sure it will look good on you so GO FOR IT if u hate it don't kill me lol =]=]=]

i definitely think it would look cute. you can pull it off. if you want to start small, get light blond highlights and work your way up to your hair fully dyed. but otherwise, that would look mad cute.

you should put pink hhigh lights in it like avrils too
and get it layered!!!
that will complete the look completely
