I heard Rice Soup is the best. I live in Korea right now and when I had a stomach flu they gave me a shot and told me to only eat rice soup. It is nasty to me but I tried it anyway. After I couldn't take it any longer I resorted back to Chicken Noodle Soup. Since I am not Korean and not used to Rice everyday I had to do something different. But if you like Rice this may be the way to go. Not sure if it will settle it, but it will be some nutrition to take in while you are sick. Saltine Crackers always help to settle and Seven Up for a drink.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!
