Terminal velocity for a human body is not a constant value, it depends heavily on the profile of the falling person. As an average, it is as Chrish H said, about 23 seconds to reach 99% of the average human terminal velocity.

Vertically? 8 seconds to reach 90%, 15 to reach 99%.
Terminal velocity is around 55m/s and acceleration is 9.83m/s/s, so if drag wasn't slowing the acceleration it would be 55/9.83 or about 6 seconds, but in the real world you approach maximum speed asymtotically.

Depends on if the plane is on the ground or in the air. LOL.
Also if its in a 90 degree dive i'd say you might slow down while jumping out.
But seriously less than 10 seconds, and thats no matter how heavy you are. Now what your wearing will make a difference.
