The stem is supposed to be the most nutritious part of the plant.

I can't imagine them not being.

They say the floret packs the most vitamins. But there is no measurable difference between the stem and floret.

Not too sure on the leaves but it can't hurt!

To me I find the stems to be the tastiest.

they are just as if not more nutritious than the broccoli itself.
