We're animals right now. No evidence could prove you were a pet cat but that's not what the claim was. The whole concept of "species" is somewhat flawed. Species can interbreed. There are not one but two genetic divergences from chimps, suggesting that after we split from them we were still breeding with them. A lot of people make the fatal assumption that life is nicely divided into little boxes. Male/female. Gay/straight/bi. Human/chimp/gorilla. It's not, because biology is fluid. You can deny that we're animals all you like but once you do you become completely irrelevant, as you are not addressing the evidence.

I'm not athiest but maybe people are mean because there pissed off that they're her in the first place. God didn't give us Shangri-La. It gave us sh1t and a plunger. Why wouldn't anyone be pissed?

It is a human need to have something to believe in,to have hope. It doesn't matter what you believe in,but to have no beliefs is to have no hope. This is expressed in various ways, depression, apathy,selfishness, anger,or hate of others.

Ace Gazpacho causes me to be mean. he walks and talks like a joke machine. He makes us think people treat him badly. But stick up for him I would do gladly.
