Yes, all teas have caffeine, including green tea.

Green teas have less caffeine than black teas, and white teas have even less caffeine than green teas. Oolong teas fall between black and green teas. Herbal tea, because it is not made from the same tea plant, is naturally caffeine free.

As for Earl Grey green tea, it exists and it is pretty good. It is green tea that has been flavoured with Bergamot. So basically, if you like the taste of both green tea and regular earl grey tea, you should like it and it has less caffeine than regular earl grey.

I think all green teas as well as black teas naturally have caffeine. Some companies are starting to make decaf teas just like some make decaf coffee.

Earl Grey is the bergamot flavoring that's added to the leaves to impart flavor while they're drying. I personally don't care for green teas, but love Earl Grey black tea.

Green teas do have caffine, unless they are decafinated. And they do make Earl Grey Green Tea and it is wonderful.
